Adding a New Staff Member

Add Staff Details​

  • Click Add Staff at the top-right corner.

  • Enter the staff member's details, including their type (e.g., CNA), phone number, and address.

Plot Location

  • Use Google Maps to find the latitude and longitude of their location. Copy and paste these values into the respective fields.

​

​

​

Include Additional Information

  • Add a description or professional summary.

  • Attach any relevant documents, such as contracts, pay rates, or preferences (e.g., travel preferences).

  • Scroll down to include work experience, education, volunteer experience, and references if available.

Save and Approve

  • Click Save to create the profile.

  • Approve the staff member to enable them to view and apply for shifts.

​

Stay Updated

  • Use the platform’s notifications to track and update expired documents for staff compliance.

 

Your staff member is now set up and ready to manage their profile!

Adding a New Team Member

Add Team Member Details​

  • Go to Employee List

  • Click Add New and fill in the required fields: first name, last name, email, phone number, and role (e.g., Account Manager, Nurse Champion, HR, Finance, Operations Manager).

Set a Password

  • Create a password for the new team member. They will use this password and their email address to log in to the portal.

​

Save the Details

  • Click Save to complete the process. If the email already exists, update it and save again.

​

Managing Access

  • To make the employee inactive, click View Details, then select Make Inactive to restrict their portal access.

​

​

​

​

  • To remove the employee completely, select Delete to remove them from the system.

​

​

​

​

Your team member is now set up and ready to access the portal!

Editing Staff Details

​

View Approved Staff

  • Go to Staff Approved to see your list of approved staff.

  • Click View Details under the Actions column to access their profile.

​

Edit Profile or Restrict Facility Access

  • From the profile, you can edit their information or select Do Not Request to prevent them from seeing shifts at a specific facility.​

Add Notes

  • You can add notes to the staff member’s profile. Click Save to store the notes.

​

Manage Attendance

  • The app automatically tracks attendance, including shift pick-ups, DNR, and NCNS. You can update their score based on their performance.

​

Save Changes

  • Once you've made any necessary changes, the updated information will be reflected in the staff profile, including who made the edits.

Using the Notifications Module

​

Access the Notifications Module

  • Navigate to the Notifications section to manage shift notifications for your staff.

​

Choose Notification Methods

  • Select the notification types: SMS, Email, and Push to keep staff informed about upcoming shifts.

​

Save Settings

  • Click Save to activate notifications for your entire staff workforce.

​

​

​

​

Now your staff will receive notifications for any upcoming shifts or shifts they are scheduled for!
