WorkOS Basics
In this section, we will be exploring WorkOS, which is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the staffing process. Essentially, WorkOS enables your healthcare facilities to directly make requests for staff, view detailed profiles of available staff members, and approve or manage shift assignments seamlessly. This platform facilitates better communication and coordination between you and the facilities, ensuring an efficient staffing process.
Introduction to Work OS​
Work OS is the platform where your facilities can directly request staff, view staff details, approve or reject shifts, and confirm shift completion. It is integrated with Flex OS, so any shifts or actions taken in one platform will reflect in the other.
Managing Open Shifts

The WorkOS Dashboard displays your current open shifts from all onboarded facilities.

You can track the status of these shifts (open, applied, approved, completed, confirmed, canceled) and manage shift assignments for the week.
Facility Management

Add new facilities either in WorkOS or FlexOS.

Each facility has its own login details, which are sent to you through an onboarding email. The login portal for customers will be provided.
Managing Staff

Internal Staff: Facilities can manage their own internal staff via the staff tab.

Agency Staff: You can view and manage your agency staff by accessing their details and documents in the Staff section.
User Management

Add specific users from your agency to Work OS to enable them to access the platform and collaborate with facilities on shift confirmations and other details.
